St. Louis Honors Diploma

30 Credits Required

The same as the Academic Diploma curriculum with the following additional requirements:

 

 

 

Curriculum

 

6 Honors courses: (includes A.P.)

· 2 Science/Math

 

· 2 Liberal Arts

             (English/Social Studies)

 

· 1 Foreign Language

· 1 Honors Elective from any subject area

 

 

Complete a minimum of 4 Accelerated Classes

             Note: The majority of Accelerated Courses are offered as part of the Freshman/Sophomore                        Curriculum.

                       Honor courses are offered primarily to Junior and Seniors.

 

Grade Point Average Requirements:

 

Minimum 8 Semesters Cumulative GPA of 3.75 with a C- or higher in all Honor Courses.

 

 

Note:  Honors courses have more weight than regular courses.

 

Beginning with the Freshman class of 2008-2009, A.P. courses will have more weight than honors courses.
